Everyone in the nail art world loves a good stamping polish. The slightly thick, fully opaque, doesn’t bleed, doesn’t smear stamping polish.

When the stamping trend took off, we just wanted a white that could go over every color and any color that didn’t smear during top coat application. Next, we wanted all the neons and now we want all the holographics.

Born Pretty Store is known for jumping on the nail art trends quickly so when I saw a handful of holographic polishes marketed specifically for stamping, they peaked my interest.

I don’t own a lot of holographic polishes outside of traditional silver so maybe I shouldn’t have gotten yet another grey but I did and I was pretty impressed.

It is possible to stamp with your run of the mill (hah, who are we kidding, holos are never just average!!) rainbow delight polishes but they usually appear pretty sheer, which is never ideal. The Born Pretty Store one was suprisingly opaque even with small thin designs.

That being said, I’m not entirely convinced it is a stamping polish. The consistency is quite thin for one and feels more like a regular all over color. I don’t really care as long as it does what it is supposed to either way!
