I used 3 coats of Cult Nails Deal With It and 1 sheer coat of Milani Twinkle as my base.

I first dotted with Urban Outfitters Blue Velvet (blue) and Color Club Mrs. Robinson (purple) before sugar spinning with the opposite.

While the dots do not always show up I love how they sometimes peek through.
