I hope you like my neon yellow dotticure for the OMD2 challenge!

 

I used 2 coats of Julie G White Orchid as my base.

I detailed with several dotting tools and American Apparel Neon Yellow, Urban Outfitters Westside, China Glaze Sun Worshipper and OPI Pros & Bronze.
