Oh, my lungs hurt? It’s the methotrexate. My ribs are inflamed? It’s the rheumatoid arthritis. My tongue is sore? That’s just the Sjogren’s. Your head is completely congested? That’s just your unrelated sinusitis.

I’ve been out of commission for months. Around October, my chronic sinusitis flared badly and I’ve dealt with infections ever since.

I’m all about the easy nail art and dry brush is one of the simplest techniques possible. You don’t need any extra tools and all you do is scrape the excess polish from the brush, on the side of the bottle and swip it across the nail until you’re happy with the final result.

It’s February which means love is finally in the air; even if the merchandise has been out since Boxing Day! It’s time for everyone to start sharing their festive Valentine’s Day nail art looks and I don’t plan on being the exception.

In the spirit of keeping things “arthritis-friendly” I’m startin with simple stamped hearts. I used single heart images and put them along one edge of the nail. Random placement makes for less dexterity and less anxiety on perfection! Random is my friend, lol.

My Rheumatoid Disease has been flaring up and down since the beginning of December. We’ve had some really harsh temperature fluctations for weeks and my condition is no fan.
