Wow…I completely did not update the blog with my looks from the 31 Day Challenge! I kept up every day over on Instagram but just never get the time to write up posts here.
I had a lot of trouble matching polishes for ombre looks. Ombre nail art is one color, with different shades on each nail versus each nail showing a gradient of every shade. I always second guess what goes well together and I stare at combinations debating which look better.
I finally settled on these colors and think they work really nicely! Blue and green and my favorite colors to ombre style because I have the most polishes of each.
I wanted to tip my nails with a little glitter but regretted it when I went to take photos. The silver was so shiny it stole the show and I had to color correct the original base colors!
Regardless, I hope you like this look…I definitely do!

Hi, my name is Monica and I have RA.
Check out the other blue nail art below!

I have to admit I really like how this one came out. The colors matched each other and the decals. The greens also blended so well together! Can we also stop and marvel at this gorgeous neon green? Yes, it it that bright in person…but, unfortunately, the Cult Nails closed up shop years ago…”Deal With It” is my last polish from this company and I want to make it last!

For today’s red I went with a basic fan brush gradient. It went on surprisingly quickly and evenly so I felt confident adding some stamping. I hope you like it! I think it is a great start to the month!
