I used 2 coats of butter London Cotton Buds and 1 coat of Zoya Maria Luisa as my base.

I stamped with Konad Special Polish Red and Bundle Monster plate BM-317. 

I sugar spun with Deborah Lippman Popular from the Wicked collection.
