I love me some Picasso Swirl! Not as much as sugar-spun…but very very close!

I hope you enjoy my last March TPC design! (Facebook group linked here).

 

I used 1 coat of butter London Cotton Buds and 1 coat of Seche Vite as my base.

(Question: Has anyone else had a problem with Cotton Buds clumping in certain places under top coat?)

 

I used a toothpick and Sephora by OPI I Come in Peas (green), Ms. Can’t be Wrong (purple) and Go My Own Way (blue).
