I decided not to take part in the second and third week of this month’s Linkup. I do not own any true aqua polishes and I was no longer feeling St. Patrick’s Day nails.

For this theme I decided to try one-stroke flowers. I am confused. I watched a handful of tutorials but each petal consists of more than one stroke. Why are they called one stroke? (Actual question! If someone can explain it to me I would greatly appreciate it).

Since I do not quite understand the concept I am not sure I got the technique down. However, I am really pleased with how this came out, especially the third and fourth finger.

I used 1 coat of butter London Tea with the Queen and 1 coat of butter London Hen Party as my base.

I detailed with a chisel art brush (medium and large) and butter London Cotton Buds, Color Club Wham! Pow!, and Almost Famous.
